Overview

Date: 10 - 11 September 2025

This course is designed to equip attendees with the practical knowledge and skills to perform accurate evoked potential assessments in both pediatric and adult populations. Content includes clinical instruction, practical sessions, case study analysis and exploring best course of action. Attendees are invited to bring cases for review or other challenging scenarios for troubleshooting.

Topics include:

• Threshold and neurological auditory brainstem response (ABR)
• Auditory steady state response (ASSR) testing
• Threshold cortical assessment / auditory late response (ALR) theory and aided cortical testing

Intended Audience

This is an advanced course that assumes attendee has an existing level of knowledge and experience in working with evoked potential testing. Pre-learning materials will be shared with attendees ahead of the workshop to ensure all participants have a similar baseline level of knowledge.

Course Fee: $350 (includes lunch)

Educational Credits: Maximum of 1.25 AAA CEUs

Speakers:
Amanda Goodhew, MSc

International Clinical Trainer, Interacoustics, AS

Ms. Goodhew holds a master's degree in Audiology from the University of Southampton, Southampton, England. She has extensive experience holding senior audiologist positions in numerous NHS (National Health Service) hospitals and clinics, where her primary focus has been pediatric audiology. Her specific areas of interest are electrophysiology, neonatal diagnostics and amplification, and the assessment and rehabilitation of patients with complex needs.

Han Nguyen, Au.D.

Clinical Specialist Electrophysiology and Vestibular Applications, Interacoustics US

Dr. Nguyen received her clinical doctorate in audiology from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, MI. Her clinical experience ranges from pediatrics in a hospital setting to adult diagnostics and vestibular assessment at a subspecialty ENT.
