The tools available to ensure accurate testing conditions and detection of responses will be discussed, as well as how to achieve the optimum patient state and develop the most suitable testing strategy for each individual patient.

- Describe how to prepare for and perform an aided cortical measurement.
- Determine an appropriate testing strategy for aided cortical testing based on the patient’s expected audibility.
