High-tech and innovative

We are a high-tech organization with highly skilled employees. Our environment is innovative, and we like to challenge the status quo in all matters. Competitions, hackathons and exploring new technology are all important elements to ensure that we continue launching new solutions onto the market.

Social and fun

We love to have fun and we value open communication, collaboration and teamwork. We celebrate achievements together and there are plenty of after-work and social activities.

International and open-minded

Our international work environment is reflected by our global operations. We communicate daily with people across the globe: customers, distributors, clinicians and sales teams. Our international employees offer diversity and an array of new skills.

Graduate program

If you recently graduated, you may want to consider our 2-year graduate program that will give you the opportunity to work in four different business areas. The program includes at least two periods abroad and could be a stepping stone to a future career in the industry of hearing.

Internship and project assignments

Our internships are often project based 'discovery' based tasks that play a genuine role in keeping us at the leading edge of our field. Examples include the development of a new pump module using novel components, and the design and development of test equipment to permit test automation for existing products. We are also keen to explore possible collaboration with final year students at both master and bachelor level. Several of our key engineering employees have started their careers with us in this way.
„As an intern with Interacoustics, I worked with electronics and programming. I was able to influence my tasks and take my tasks in a direction I thought was relevant - not just to the benefit of the company, but also to satisfy my own needs.“
Nicolas Rudolfsen - started his career with Interacoustics as an intern and is now employed as Development Engineer in the R&D Hardware Department
