We're excited to meet with colleagues and partners in person at the AAA Annual Convention 2026, scheduled for April 22-25 in San Antonio, TX. Meet us at booth 413 at this year's conference.
You’ll have ample opportunity to discover and demo our broad portfolio of solutions for diagnostic audiology and balance, but here’s a few highlights you can look forward to.
VisualEyes 3.2 was designed to strengthen your diagnostic toolkit and streamline your workflow in dizzy patients, and you can experience its great new features at AAA 2026, including but not limited to:
First, the fvHIT goes beyond traditional VOR testing and gives you actionable data to guide vestibular rehabilitation or referrals. This is a great tool for kids, offering an excellent alternative to the Video Head Impulse Test (vHIT) in this population.
Second, the Cervical Gaze and Smooth Pursuit Neck Torsion (SPNT) tests help you differentiate cervicogenic dizziness from vestibular disorders, critical for accurate diagnosis and avoiding unnecessary treatments.

Third, improved BPPV analysis and times savings include:
All the above lead to cleaner and more accurate test results and better differentiation of BPPV from central positional vertigo.
Fourth, the Self-Paced Saccade test offers a quick, patient-friendly way to assess oculomotor function without fatiguing your patients, while still providing rich metrics like latency and accuracy.
With user-friendly features such as the Audible Contrast Threshold (ACT™) test and its sleek, sophisticated hardware design, the Affinity Compact offers a wide range of placement options to present a high-tech look even when space is limited.
When combining the Affinity Compact with the Titan tympanometer, the Viot™ video otoscope, a PTZ camera, and a Telehealth Audio Interface®, you have a complete telehealth setup with a seamless and fast connection.
Stop by booth 413 to learn more about this platform for both synchronous and asynchronous telehealth needs.
Don’t miss out on the following presentations by our in-house clinicians!
San Antonio will be in the middle of Fiesta, one of Texas’ biggest and most colorful community celebrations, during AAA 2026. Interacoustics is giving away their own Fiesta medal to join in the fun. Stop by booth 413 to pick one up. Supplies are limited.
Check out our 2025 highlights below.
The world of audiology is constantly evolving, and we evolve with it. New technology helps us offer better treatment options and improve life for people with hearing loss.
Our patients are also changing. Children need more engaging methods for behavioral testing, and older patients are living longer and healthier lives, increasing the demand for hearing care.
It is time to take the next step and move into the future of audiometry.
At AAA 2025, attendees had the unique opportunity to see and demo the Equinox Evo and Touch Keyboard, which is a cutting-edge solution combining an elegant clinical audiometer with a wireless, touch-operated audiometer keyboard.
In October 2024, we were delighted to launch the Aided Cortical module for the Interacoustics Eclipse, which makes it possible to objectively and reliably validate hearing aid or cochlear implant fitting in infants or patients with complex needs who cannot subjectively respond.
Clinicians can use the outcome of the test to counsel their patient’s family – offering much needed reassurance – and make informed adjustments to the hearing device settings.
The Aided Cortical module also includes the ManU-IRU stimuli, developed by the Interacoustics Research Unit (IRU) in collaboration with Manchester University.
