This 2-day, in-person masterclass focuses on the latest innovations in 2026 and best practices in pediatric audiology beyond the newborn stage. Course content includes case studies, live demonstrations, and practical sessions using state-of-the-art equipment. - Behavioral assessment techniques - visual reinforcement audiometry (VRA), play audiometry, and speech testing
- Middle ear function testing
- Otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem response (ABR) and auditory steady-state response (ASSR) threshold estimation
- Aided cortical testing and hearing aid fitting and management
- Pediatric balance testing
Intended Audience:
Audiologists, otolaryngologists, ENT physicians, and other healthcare professionals involved in providing care for pediatric patients with hearing loss and/or balance disorders. The course assumes a general understanding of pediatric audiology and is appropriate for clinicians seeking a refresher or update to their clinical practice.
