Interacoustics is a world-leading company specialized in hearing and balance diagnostics for ear, nose, and throat doctors and hospitals.
To be able to maintain our leading position in the market, we are looking for a Technical Writer who is passionate about documentation, proofreading and translation.
With your strong English and communication skills, you will turn technical and user documentation into easily readable user manuals. You will be driving the entire documentation process, from the development of new content to final proofreading and publishing.
You will coordinate the work in close collaboration with Product Owners, R&D and Regulatory. You will also work closely together with our external language service provider as well as our local reviewers to ensure translation and review of the manuals.
You will be super user of our newly implemented content management system for organizing content, translation and publishing. With this new system, you will be establishing new methods of working with documents.

You will also help ensure translation of other marketing materials, such as brochures and be our main point of contact to our language service provider.
You will be based at our headquarters in Middelfart and report to the Communications Manager in our Marketing department.
Your profile & qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in English technical language (cand. ling. merc.) or similar, or a degree in audiology or engineering with extensive communication, language and documentation skills.
Preferably, you will have a few years of experience from a similar position creating and coordinating technical documentation and translation.
You can juggle many projects at a time, have a structured approach to your work, and are excellent at building relations and communicating with global stakeholders.
As we are a global company, you will be creating all content in English. If you know other languages, this is an advantage.
You master the Microsoft Office and maybe also the Adobe package.
