About the department

We are very proud of our innovative, embedded products within the field of audiological equipment – and we hope you’ll share our dedication.

 Our R&D Hardware Department is an instrumental part of the product life cycle. For everything hardware, the department designs, develops, constructs, implements, tests and releases Interacoustics' products and technologies. You’ll get to work with the newest technologies and take part in research projects as part of the product development process.

The department consists of four teams: PCB layout, Mechanics, Electronics, and Embedded Software. Your new colleagues are qualified engineers with a detailed understanding and knowledge of our products and technology.
Job Responsibilities

  • Embedded software development in C language
  • Low-level debugging
  • Full-stack, embedded software development from device drivers to embedded UI
  • Project activities, including: feasibility studies, requirements, architecture and design, usability, implementation, testing and more
  • Take part in continuous integration
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders in R&D and Product Management

Preferred Candidate

First and foremost, you’re a team player. And if you can combine this with the following, then you’re golden:

  • 5+ years’ experience with development of embedded software products
  • Basic understanding of hardware and digital communication
  • C (C++) programming skills on embedded systems and/or Unix/Linux/Windows
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering/IT or similar
  • Fluent in written and oral English (Danish is an advantage)

Experience with any or more of the following would be an advantage:

  • MCU architectures
  • Assembler
  • Python
  • C#
  • RTOS
