From Copenhagen/Kastrup Airport

By Air to Copenhagen:
You can fly to Copenhagen International Airport (Kastrup). From Copenhagen you can go by train to Odense or by car to Assens.

By Car from Copenhagen/Zealand:
You take the E20 and cross the bridge from Zealand to Funen and continue on the E20. Leave the highway at exit 52 in Odense and turn left (west) towards Assens. Now simply follow the signs to Assens (straight ahead).

The distance from Copenhagen to Assens is approx. 200 km / 2 hours and 15 minutes. Please note that you will have to pay bridge toll (ca. 255 DKK each way). All international credit cards are accepted.

By Train from Copenhagen/Kastrup Airport:
You can take the InterCity train directly from the airport to Odense (1hour 50 minutes). The InterCity train departs the airport every hour. Please notice that the railway station at the airport is called Kastrup Lufthavn. Of course you can also take the InterCity train from Central station if you are already in Copenhagen.

If you are travelling from the airport, you should search for Kastrup Lufthavn.
If you are travelling from Copenhagen central station, you should search for Kobenhavn H.

Travel Directions

From:

From Odense to Assens (approx. 40 km) you will have to go by bus, taxi or private car. If you go by private car please follow the signs to Assens 168.

From Billund Airport

You can fly to Billund Airport and then go by private car to Assens (approx. 90 km / 1 hour 15 minutes). First you follow the signs to Kolding and then you take the E20 in the direction of Odense. About 10 km after having passed the bridge you exit the motorway on the exit 313/307 to Assens and follow the signs in the direction of Assens.

By car via Germany or Sweden

If you arrive from Germany, or Sweden via G�teborg by car you take the E45 until it divides and you can take the E20 and cross the bridge from Jylland to Fyn, (just follow the signs in the direction of Odense). About 10 km after having passed the bridge you exit the motorway on the exit to Assens 313/307 and follow the signs in the direction of Assens.

From Odense

By Car from Odense:
From Odense to Assens (approx. 40 km / 45minutes) you will have to go by bus, taxi or private car. If you go by private car please follow the signs to Assens route 168. You can search for a detailed travel description on http://www.krak.dk

By Train from Odense:
You can take the bus no. 840 or 850 from the central station to Odense (1hour). Please note that bus no. 850 leaves in front of the station. The price is approximately 50 DKK. Please note that you will need to pay with Cash (only Danish kroners).
